As Manager, Trial Delivery Management, you will oversee study-level execution and country/region delivery for clinical trials, driving harmonized operational delivery and vendor coordination. You will shape feasibility alignment, risk reviews, and program-level training while supporting inspections and cross-functional collaboration. This role suits a seasoned trial professional who thrives in a global, matrixed environment and seeks to impact patient outcomes at scale.
You will work with cross-functional teams to implement strategy and improve trial delivery.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Create and update trial-specific documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, IMP-related docs)
- Manage day-to-day vendor activities, including SOW creation and budget oversight
- Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and align feasibility strategy with local teams
- Support program-level compound training in collaboration with Clinical/CTLu0026D Medical writing
- Contribute to trial-level operational strategies and mitigate trial-related risks
- Participate in process improvement initiatives at trial, compound, and cross-DU levels
- Support Health Authority inspections and identify program-level risk mitigation plans
- Mentor onboarding of new Trial Management staff
- Foster Credo Behaviors and employee engagement
Responsabilidades
- BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences; preferred biology/chemistry/biochemistry/nursing/pharmacy
- Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries
- Experience across multiple phases of clinical development (Phase I-IV) and end-to-end trial execution
- 2–3 years of experience xugodme leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial
- Strong leadership, ability to foster team productivity in a matrixed, global environment
- Proven decision-making, analytical, and financial management skills
- Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others
- Strong project planning, communication, and presentation skills
- Travel up to 15–20% as required
