As a Network Engineer at ING Hubs Spain, you will help deliver secure, high-performing global internet access services within an agile, cross-functional team. You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to co-create scalable network solutions, ensure reliable operations, and support security and incident response at a global scale. This role offers exposure to international teams and a tech-first culture focused on continuous learning and transformation.

- Enhance stability, security and continuous improvement of ING's general internet access services
- Co-create secure, scalable network solutions with engineers, product managers and infrastructure teams
- Ensure reliable network operations via monitoring, maintenance and proactive problem-solving
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex network incidents and requests
- Perform operational support including lifecycle management, incident resolution and service monitoring
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and network transformation initiatives




- Support security processes and risk management including patching and vulnerability remediation
- Participate in planned off-hours changes and on-call activities as required
- Share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of experience with network technologies
- Experience with enterprise networking and security solutions (proxies, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers, SSE)
- Experience with Check Point, Skyhigh, Palo Alto, F5 or Netskope is highly valued
- Strong networking knowledge equivalent to CCNA/CCNP xugodme
- Focus on security, reliability and operational excellence
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to deliver results on time and with high quality
- Proactive, energetic mindset with willingness to learn and develop skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Good IT capability and professionalism
