Network Administrator – L1 L1 IT Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to provide onsite technical support to end users. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-related issues while ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service. L1 onsite technical support Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals .

Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and software. Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams , and other business applications. LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity Support printers, scanners, monitors, docking stations, and other IT peripherals.

IT asset and inventory records . Provide support for meeting room, video conferencing, and basic AV equipment.



Follow ITIL processes and company support procedures. in IT/Desktop/Service Desk support. Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory .

Good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar English communication skills are required; local language proficiency is preferred.
