In this role you will translate mid-term production plans into firm short-term schedules and coordinate with production, procurement, and planning teams to secure material availability. You’ll monitor daily output against weekly plans, propose corrective actions, and support continuous improvement in planning performance. This position sits within Henkel’s global supply chain, offering opportunities to influence material flow and scheduling at the Barcelona site.

You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time production and efficient inventory management.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Convert mid-term plans into firm short-term orders and schedules
- Develop and review short-term production plans considering capacity and timing
- Coordinate stock transfers to the 1st decoupling point and liaise with Replenishment Planner
- Monitor daily production against weekly plans and propose corrective actions




- Identify short-term finished goods requirements and create allocation proposals
- Assist in inventory analysis and tracking of slow-movers/obsolete stock
- Maintain key manufacturing parameters for accurate planning
- Coordinate with Plant Production Schedulers and collaborate with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure material availability
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years xugodme in a Supply Planning role or related field
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
- Ability to work in a diverse, global environment
- FMCG industry experience is a plus
