In this role you will own city-hour rider demand forecasts and translate them into actionable allocation and efficiency improvements. You will build dashboards and automate forecasting processes to support scalable decision-making. You’ll work with local teams and operations to validate insights and drive proactive adjustments.

This position sits at the intersection of data analytics and operations to strengthen service performance in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will contribute to a data-driven culture and have a tangible impact on rider utilization and customer experience.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own city-hour level rider demand forecasts and monitor forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with local teams to apply insights to decisions
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics




- Automate forecasting processes with input from tech teams
- Translate forecasts into actionable rider allocation and planning recommendations
- Partner with operations and stakeholders to validate forecasts and adjust proactively
- Analyze patterns and anomalies to improve resource planning and service performance

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or similar xugodme analytical role
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and extract insights
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated with ownership mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
