In this role you will build and scale partner-driven demand programs to generate pipeline across Middle East, Caribbean, and SEE, with UKI as a future expansion. You’ll work at the crossroads of Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales to enable a reseller ecosystem through coordinated campaigns, events, content, and co-marketing initiatives. You’ll adapt global strategies to local markets, drive cross-functional collaboration, and shape the foundation for growth in high-potential regions.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to influence revenue through partner-led demand and regional activation.

- Own and execute the partner demand generation strategy for ME, Caribbean, and SEE to drive qualified pipeline through indirect channels
- Plan and manage co-marketing campaigns with partners (events, webinars, email, digital/paid, ABM, local activations)
- Develop market-specific marketing plans adapting integral strategy to local dynamics and partner maturity
- Build partner marketing playbooks, campaign kits, and enablement materials aligned with brand and messaging
- Own Marketing Development Plans (MDPs) with partners, including budgets and pipeline targets
- Collaborate with Partnership AEs and Sales to align ICP, messaging, and pipeline goals
- Identify opportunities to activate customer bases with partners to generate demand
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data, focusing on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
- Manage partner marketing budgets, timelines, agencies, and external vendors




- Support partner onboarding and activation to leverage marketing for demand and growth
- Improve partner marketing processes and scale successful initiatives across markets
- Work cross-functionally with global Marketing, Content, SEO, Paid, Events, and Sales teams
- Build foundations for future UKI ownership and integrate UKI experience into Partner Marketing strategy
- Prepare to take on broader market responsibility as the business evolves
- Foster collaboration and win-win partner relationships to accelerate growth

Responsabilidades

- 3–5 years in demand generation, partner/channel marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS/tech
- Experience with UKI market and its B2B/SaaS landscape
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (events, webinars, email, digital/paid, ABM, content, partnerships)
- Experience with indirect sales models (resellers, distributors, referral partners)
- Ability to collaborate xugodme with Sales and Partnerships to translate activity into pipeline and revenue
- Strong commercial mindset focused on business impact
- Project management and organization skills across multiple markets
- Data-driven with ability to measure and optimize KPIs
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Native-level English or equivalent professional fluency
- Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS/HR tech, international markets, familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce, MDFs/MDPs, partner enablement materials
- Additional: customer-facing or commercial experience and stakeholder management skills
