In this role, you will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the DACH clusters as ABB Robotics transitions to a standalone entity. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to harmonize processes between legacy ABB and SoftBank groups, delivering a seamless 'One Robotics' experience through Workday. You’ll ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliant administration from hire to retire, enabling accurate payroll and reporting.

This is a hands-on, transformation-focused opportunity in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment with global scale.

- Drive process harmonization for the carve-out as ABB becomes the standalone organization

Responsabilidades

- 5–8 years in HR Operations or Shared Services across multiple countries
- xugodme Experience with DACH region is an asset
- Advanced experience in Workday HCM
- Ability to navigate BP flows and HR reporting
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR data impact on payroll and benefits
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, transitions, or carve-outs is a plus
- Ability to explain complex HR policies clearly
- Proficiency in English and German
