In this senior individual contributor role, you shape AI-enabled value across Spendesk by guiding multiple product areas. You’ll lead the AI u0026amp; Data Products squad’s direction, aligning customer needs, company priorities, and technical realities. You’ll identify cross-squad problems, justify AI where it truly adds value, and own outcomes end-to-end—from baselines to adoption and learning.

Your work will create coherence across a portfolio of agents and data foundations, partnering with engineering, design, data, security, and go-to-market teams. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence how spend management and procurement are transformed with intelligent automation.

- Identify and frame consequential, cross-squad problems into evidence-backed bets
- Assess where AI adds value (speed, reliability, new intelligence) and justify AI over deterministic automation
- Make trade-offs across value, adoption, quality, risk, data readiness, capacity, and opportunity cost
- Own outcomes end to end: baselines, targets, quality guardrails, launch, adoption, and post-release learning




- Bring coherence to a portfolio of agents, AI features, and shared data foundations
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Finance, and GTM to clarify ownership, decision rights, and dependencies
- Multiply other PMs and squads through thought partnership, reusable principles, and clear product narratives

Responsabilidades

- Extensive PM experience with complex products, platforms, or cross-functional systems, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Track record of shaping strategy beyond a single squad and delivering measurable outcomes
- Experience with AI, ML, automation, or data products; understanding of model capabilities, data dependencies, and operational risk
- Strong xugodme judgement in ambiguity and ability to focus on important problems
- Ability to structure complex systems and stakeholder landscapes and reveal key trade-offs
- Excellent communication and storytelling to align senior leaders and translate strategy into action
- Proven influence without authority and a habit of raising the judgement of teams
- Strong ownership of quality, trust, security, and product consequences
- Entrepreneurial mindset
