As Procurement Category Manager for Direct Procurement, you will steer the packaging category across multiple countries, aligning stakeholder needs with strategic sourcing. You’ll balance hands-on procurement with long-term category direction, driving cost optimization and reliable supply. This role is embedded in a cross-functional, multicultural environment and emphasizes intercultural collaboration and supplier partnerships.

You’ll shape procurement strategies while maintaining day-to-day supply resilience and compliance, making a meaningful impact in healthcare operations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead Procurement and Supplier Management of the Packaging category within Direct Procurement
- Engage with division stakeholders to define supplier requirements and CRs
- Track and optimize direct material KPIs for the procurement network and sourcing figures




- Achieve procurement targets including total sourcing costs
- Define, implement, and execute the category strategy
- Execute strategic sourcing, VAT, design-to-cost, and TCO projects
- Manage suppliers through phase-in, evaluation, development, and phase-out
- Conduct market research and introduce supplier innovations
- Perform risk management for materials and suppliers
- Oversee negotiation and contract award processes with stakeholders
- Ensure SOPs, work instructions, guidelines, xugodme and legal requirements, with focus on Master Data and documentation

Responsabilidades

- University degree in Business Administration with purchasing/procurement releases
- Experience in a similar position
- Negotiation Skills
- Fluency in English
