In this role you will own automation-focused initiatives in the Cards u0026amp; Digital Wallets domain to reduce cost-to-serve and accelerate customer operations. You will collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, and Ops to streamline cards journeys, implement agentic AI for self-resolving issues, and optimize back-office workflows like disputes and chargebacks. You will balance efficiency with risk and regulatory needs while shaping scalable, customer-friendly experiences.

- Own automation-focused problem spaces to reduce manual effort and operational frictions
- Drive down customer service contacts through agentic AI and automated back-office workflows (disputes, chargebacks)
- Partner with stakeholders to define team goals and secure cross-functional support
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, Fraud, Compliance, and AI/automation teams to translate pain points into scalable product solutions




- Work with product managers, designers and engineers to accelerate operationally heavy journeys
- Ensure successful rollouts via cross-functional alignment with markets, operations, compliance, and engineering
- Utilize SQL to measure impact and monitor results

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in Product Management, ideally in FinTech, banking, or cards products
- Strong bias toward automation and efficiency
- Experience or interest in AI/agentic automation for support/operations
- Experience with Cards networks (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard) or card processors xugodme
- STEM, business, or economics undergraduate; MBA/MS or equivalent a plus
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Solid understanding of agile product development
- Experience dealing with high-engagement third-party providers
