- We are looking for a Product Manager to work in our Subscriptions team
- This team is responsible for all of our subscriptions products, including Extra, Perks and Max!
- The number of subscribers has grown substantially over the last few years, and we’re now looking to scale and accelerate through new vectors of growth, that role will be key to drive that
- As a Product Manager for Subscriptions, you’ll ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the needs and expectations of our subscribers, delivering more value to them and driving continued engagement
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours and pain points
- Work closely with data and user research to identify areas of opportunities, including in various markets
- Define clear problems to solve, prioritise effectively, and focus on the opportunities with the highest potential impact
- Partner with engineering, design, research, data, and marketing to shape and deliver product improvements, new value propositions and changes
- Collaborate with other Subscriptions squad to deliver a strong customer experience
- Track performance against goals and use data to understand what is and isn’t working

- Recruiter Call (30 minutes)
- Initial Call (45 minutes) with the hiring manager
- Final Loop (2 hours 45) consisting of x 3 interviews consisting of a Project Walkthrough, Case Study and Leadership interview
- Our average process takes around 5-6 weeks but we will always work around your availability
