The Role: This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D;, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire &

- Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire &
- Cable sector.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire &

- Cable materials industry. Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing. Familiarity with Wire &
- Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes. Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills. Knowledge and networking withing the Wire &
- Cable industry. Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites.





Main Tasks: Lead and implement the general Wire &

- Cable product strategy. Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D; teams. Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities. Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire &
- Cable space. Product expert in customer meetings. Coordinate the OEM co-operations across the global sales teams. Strategy development for the Wire &
- Cable R&D; teams.

Support

Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.
