Develop and manage a comprehensive Program plan, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and progress tracking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify interdependencies, mitigate risks, and manage change, ensuring alignment across related Programs and projects. Oversee and support Project Managers by providing leadership, resources, and guidance to ensure projects align with the overall Program objectives.

Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy, encompassing employee communications, training, and establishing a change agent network. Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance objectives for the Program, and manage the tracking and reporting of benefits realization post-delivery. The programme combines serialisation, asset digitalisation, IoT-enabled tracking, data and analytics, operational process transformation, and customer-facing capabilities to improve asset productivity, supply chain efficiency, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and customer value. You’ll bring experience delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes, ideally within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, network, IoT, or digital operations environments.

Experience leading global programmes involving connected assets,



enterprise platforms, operational technology, data and analytics, and large-scale organisational change is highly desirable. The role is accountable for coordinating multiple programme workstreams including asset serialisation, asset digitalisation, IoT Network Transformation and connected technologies, platform and application delivery, enterprise integrations, data and analytics, operational process transformation, customer enablement, change management, deployment readiness, governance, and benefits realisation Responsible for the management of closure of Steerco actions. Provide guidance, leadership, and structure to project managers across the group ensuring relevant resources are allocated across different projects to deliver the overall program plan.

Manage the capacity of programme resources to ensure projects can be delivered on time or mitigate where there are risks to the delivery of the plan where there are resource constraints. Engage and work with partners, vendors, employees, and agencies to ensure success of projects. Identify and manage the benefits that individual projects will have on the whole programme and define the benefits owners.

Agree delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, combination of both, etc). Responsible for the management of the execution of the change management strategy, including the definition and roll-out of training courses, the execution of the regular employee communications cadence and set-up and management of the change agent network. Manage multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, benefit/cost analysis, vendor selection, schedule and budget oversight, management of consultants/contractors, issue resolution, and reporting.

Coordinate with internal and external legal, contracting, procurement, finance, group marketing and communications teams to ensure risk control, successful project rollout and streamline communications.



Manage and report program budget and support the management of the full budget. Establish performance objectives for project managers and key resources.

Manage cross programme risks, impacts, dependencies e.g. with other business projects/initiatives. Issue regular communications to the whole programme team (i.e. from the Sponsor down to the most junior person on the programme) summarizing progress and clarifying priorities of the programme. Responsible for closing activities related to portfolio management, financials management and resource management such as, ensuring Capex/Opex are accurate, releasing resources from the Programme and formally closing the programme from the portfolio. 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on online programs or digital initiatives. ~ Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget. ~ Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation, ideally within a global context and feel comfortable with managing different time-zones. ~ Experience on both project management methodologies: Waterfall and Agile. ~ Background on digital and online tools/technologies.

Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Program & Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.
