We are looking for an Operations Analyst who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done! This cross‑functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works! Participate in different company‑wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business.

Have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines. Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability.



Lead projects that involve coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy and processes across all areas of the business, especially in logistics and operations areas. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.

You are fluent in Spanish and English. You have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization. Having experience with ERP systems or logistics management software is highly valued. We are a fast‑growing company and we want you to help us to adapt to these changes.

You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
