As a Project Accountant, your primary responsibility is to work closely with business units, bridging the gap between the finance department, junior project accountants, project management teams, and the broader organisation. The role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, systems,

and business operations, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additionally, a solution-oriented mindset is essential to effectively engage with various internal and external stakeholders. This position encompasses project accounting tasks and operations relative to managing the work of our artists.

In this role, you will be assigned your artists’ roster and will be executing the following tasks:

- First point of contact for more complex financial project-related matters.
- Review of monthly artist revenue statements.
- Act as liaison between the Art Partner corporate finance department (accounts payable and accounts receivable) and the business to resolve any project-related matters.
- Working collaboratively within a team to solve financial problems and drive process improvements.
- Monthly close: tracking and reporting of open jobs, P&L; reconciliation and profitability analysis, execution of revenue recognition.
- Tracking of jobs cash position, instructing job vendors to be paid on a weekly by the Accounts

Payable team.
- Ability to work across multiple entities and currencies (USD, EUR and GBP).
- Generate and process project invoices following contract terms.
- Ensure proper recognition of project revenue and adherence to revenue recognition policies.




- Creation of job sheets (POs) for artists.
- Booking of artists’ vendor invoices and complete payments.
- Produce and share artists’ monthly earnings statements with relevant stakeholders.
- Communication with artists and their financial team/s for any accounting or tax-related matters.
- Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and processes.

You are our adecuado candidate if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
- Four years plus experience in a similar role and industry (preferable).
- Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP solutions (NetSuite is a plus), and emerging technologies in the finance domain.
- Ensure compliance is met following accounting standards, regulatory requirements, local compliance and company policies.
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and taking pride in the accuracy of work.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in interacting with non-financial stakeholders such as creative professionals (artists, agents, producers).
- Interest in the creative services industry, willingness to integrate with and learn from a passionate team of individuals and contribute to the success of our artists.
