ALIF is a full-service digital marketing and creative agency headquartered in Dubai, working with hospitality, wellness, real estate, and lifestyle brands across the US, Europe, UAE, and Southeast Asia. We deliver branding, web design and development, paid media, SEO, and AI marketing for clients who care about long-term brand equity.

We are hiring a Project Manager in Barcelona to bring structure to how we deliver. This is a builder role first: you will create the systems, SOPs, and processes that our services run on, then use them to keep every project and client relationship on track.

What you'll do

- Design and document SOPs, workflows, and delivery standards across all our service lines: branding, web, paid media, SEO, and AI marketing
- Own project management across the full client portfolio: scoping, timelines, resourcing, and delivery, primarily in Asana
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients: status updates, meeting follow-ups, expectation management, and keeping relationships healthy between milestones
- Coordinate a distributed team of designers, developers, and media specialists across time zones
- Identify where we lose time or quality, and fix it: templates, automations, checklists, better handoffs
- Report directly to the founders on project health, capacity, and client satisfaction

What we require

- 3+ years in project management, account management,



or agency operations, ideally at a digital, creative, or marketing agency
- Proven experience building processes from scratch, not just following them. You should be able to show us systems you created and what they changed
- Strong command of Asana or a comparable PM platform, and comfort using AI tools to automate and speed up operational work
- Excellent client-facing communication: calm, precise, and confident with senior stakeholders
- A naturally organised, follow-through character. You close loops without being chased, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Fluent English; you'll work with international clients and a distributed team

Nice to have

- Experience working in a small to medium sized agency. Digital marketing is a major bonus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack-based team workflows, or client reporting tools
- Spanish, French, or Arabic

How we work

Full-time. Barcelona-based with hybrid flexibility. You'll work directly with the founders and alongside our design and development team in Dubai, Barcelona, and Europe.

Compensation

$1,600 - $2,000 USD/month, depending on experience.
