You will work in a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities may change. You will collaborate with colleagues across Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product, with appropriate guidance and support from more experienced delivery professionals.
What You’ll Do

- Translate agreed objectives and requirements into clear delivery plans, milestones, actions, and practical next steps.
- Support Epic decomposition by applying effective analysis, attention to detail, and structured thinking to break outcomes into manageable features, work packages, and delivery activities.
- Maintain proportionate delivery governance, including plans, RAID logs, action and decision logs, status reporting, evidence capture, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and follow up on actions, dependencies, risks,
and issues to help maintain delivery momentum.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and concise updates for project forums and middle-management stakeholders, escalating matters when guidance or decisions are required.
- Support scoping, requirements gathering, impact assessment, business readiness, and change adoption activities.
Build effective working relationships across locations and functions, remaining adaptable when priorities, information, or delivery needs change.
- What You’ll Bring

- A strong willingness to learn, take on feedback, and develop delivery capability in a structured and supportive environment.
- The ability to learn quickly, pick up unfamiliar subject matter, and make progress without needing to know every detail at the outset.
- Good analytical capability and attention to detail, with the ability to organise information, identify dependencies, and support the decomposition of Epics into manageable deliverables.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with colleagues and middle-management stakeholders. The role provides development exposure to more senior leadership over time but be supported by team members / manager.
Skills Soft Skills
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach that values timely progress, learning, and continuous improvement over waiting for perfection.
- Learning agility and adaptability in fast-moving environments where priorities or information may change.
- A hardworking, energetic, and dependable approach, with a willingness to take ownership and follow through on commitments.
- Good relationship-building and stakeholder coordination skills, with the confidence to ask questions, seek guidance, and constructively challenge where appropriate.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to balance accuracy with pace.
Technical / Functional Skills
- Working knowledge of project, programme, or Epic delivery principles, or a clear interest in developing these capabilities.
- Awareness of Agile, SAFe, Waterfall,

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to support requirements clarification, impact assessment, and Epic decomposition.
- Ability to maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, action logs, decision records, governance reporting, and other core delivery controls.
- Awareness of business readiness, change adoption, stakeholder communications, and operational impact considerations.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Microsoft Project is beneficial but not essential.
