In this role, you will manage retail and office fit-out projects in Madrid, guiding planning, cost and risk activities across design through completion. You will coordinate design teams, client and supplier interfaces, and drive decision-making through status reports and bid solicitations. You’ll contribute to the management system, ensuring quality, environmental, and global standards compliance.

Responsabilidades

- At least 5 years of solid experience in retail and office fit-out projects
- Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Project
- Fluent in English; frequent communication with English-speaking clients and leading technical meetings xugodme
- Strong knowledge of on-site health and safety standards and sustainability standards
- Strong coordination, planning, and client-facing communication skills
