We're looking for an R&D; / Innovation Coordinator to support R&D; incentive and innovation projects across Spain and the UK .

Contract: Freelance | 1 year
Start date: ASAP
Rate: Up to €172/day
What we're looking for
3+ years' experience in project coordination or project management
Background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Fluent in English and Spanish
Intermediate to advanced Excel and strong data management skills
Experience managing timelines, deadlines and multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with process improvement, change management or automation
Ideally, knowledge of R&D; tax incentives, public funding, finance/tax consulting or technology projects
Confidence working with Finance, HR/People, technical teams, management and external advisors The role
You'll coordinate R&D; incentive projects across Spain and the UK, manage documentation and deadlines, support data collection and process automation, drive internal adoption of R&D; tracking processes and help ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Occasional travel to the Barcelona office may be required for audits.
