Lead and coordinate the network of pilot plants all around Europe, managing the planning, processes and resources for testing anew production technology at low scale (small volumes of new technology-based products), mainly for the purposes of learning about the new technology, further design of full-scale production systems and commercial products, fixing further research objectives and supporting investment decisions.
Qualifications
•Have 10 years’ experience on the same job or equivalent integrated operations strategic approach. •Posses an Engineering Degree and / or with operations equivalent experience. •Have strong operations / manufacturing related background and a cross-knowledge and understanding of the business, including the ability to deal with the several cultures and countries.
•Have a powerful background in technology, processes and product development initiatives design and management at site level. •Have the ability to foster innovation and change management at all levels of the organization, implementing a more proactive and collaborative mindset and empowering people. •Have a project oriented approach to drive the full pipeline of initiatives. •Staffing and resources allocation capabilities to optimize performance per project. Fluent in English
