Key Responsibilities Participation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions: Screen potential transactions

- Perform debt capacity analysis
- Produce pitches and review relevant company information
- Prepare all internal credit documentation. Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity: Analyze of periodic financial information
- Prepare internal notes to review the performance of the Project/Company
- Prepare all internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation.

Qualifications/Education required: Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.

Competencies required: Solid financing and analytical skills, including: Accounting principles and international accounting standards Valuation principles Financial statement consolidation Hard worker and team player

- High communications skills: verbally and written
- High learning capacity (and willingness) Skills and knowledge requirements: Fluent English spoken and written (French valuable)
- High proficiency on Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
