Our proprietary real estate tech platform gives every agency its own branded app. It helps capture leads instantly, keep buyers engaged with property alerts, and offer access to a general property network.

As a Sales Representative at zentra you will be responsible for growing our network of estate agency clients across the region, driving new business, and building zentra's presence in the Spanish property market. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a central role in executing our sales strategy and representing zentra to agency owners, developers, and industry partners.

Drive Sales: Partner with the Head of Sales to develop and execute zentra's regional sales strategy — identifying new agency clients and closing deals Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with estate agency owners, principals, and key decision-makers across your region.

Execute Sales Plans:



Develop and deliver against clear revenue and growth targets, with a structured approach to pipeline management Forecasting & Performance: Own accurate sales forecasts for your region and report regularly on performance, opportunities, and risks Maintain a regular cadence of communication with your clients — covering platform updates, campaign performance, and growth opportunities Share best practices and contribute to a high‑performance sales culture Represent zentra at regional property exhibitions, industry events, and trade shows — as well as internal team sessions and training Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or sales management, ideally within real estate, proptech, or a related industry Proven track record of acquiring and managing business clients — estate agencies, developers, or similar A solid understanding of the Spanish property market;
