This is more than a traditional sales role. It is an opportunity to help shape and build a growing business, develop new revenue streams and play a key role in defining how Retail Media evolves across our shopping centres in Spain.

As part of the European Retail Media structure, you will have the opportunity to work across markets, collaborate with international teams and build strong relationships with leading brands and media agencies. You will be responsible for developing and growing Retail Media revenue in Spain by identifying new business opportunities, attracting advertisers and building long-term strategic partnerships with brands and media agencies. You will play a key role in taking our Retail Media proposition to the market, combining commercial expertise with a strong understanding of the media ecosystem.

Develop and grow Retail Media revenue across our shopping centres in Spain

- Identify, prospect and acquire new advertisers,



including brands and media agencies
- Develop compelling commercial proposals combining different media formats
- Commercialise Retail Media assets, including Special Formats, Sponsorships, Brand Activations and other advertising solutions
- Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to the development of the Retail Media proposition
- Monitor market trends, competition and developments across the media industry
- Work closely with local and international teams to develop and deliver commercial opportunities
- Contribute to the growth, consolidation and positioning of Retail Media in Spain. 7–10 years of professional experience, ideally within Media Sales, Advertising, OOH/DOOH or a related environment; ~ Proven track record in business development and revenue generation; ~ Strong experience managing brands, advertisers and media agencies; ~ Strong commercial, negotiation and influencing skills; ~ Strong networking and stakeholder management skills; ~ High autonomy and the ability to manage a commercial pipeline effectively; ~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
