In this role at TJX Europe’s Buying Office, you will drive product and market research to uncover growth opportunities and support sourcing decisions. You’ll collaborate with buyers across TJX divisions, coordinate buyer trips and supplier visits, and assess trends from trade shows to shape assortment. You will relay sourcing opportunities to buyers and help negotiate during supplier engagements.
This position offers international travel and a chance to influence product direction within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.

- Proficiency in Spanish and English (essential)
- Extensive knowledge of brands, product categories, and manufacturers

- Ability to build relationships, be personable, and collaborate with others
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
