Customer Insight: Conduct insights into the elevator industry customers' business in the Spain & Portugal region, including but not limited to: market trends, industry landscape, customer development trends, customer organizational structure and decision-making chain, competitors and competing products, etc. 3.

Lead and Opportunity Mining: Identify and develop customer leads and business opportunities within the region until cooperation is achieved. 4.

Customer Relationship Building: Maintain existing customer relationships and build key customer relationships along the customer's organizational structure and decision-making chain. 5.

Project Development:



Assist and support domestic sales and related teams in promoting project development work on the client side.

- After-sales Service: Assist and support the execution and closure of after-sales service work to improve customer satisfaction.
- Other daily sales tasks.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 8 years of work experience in the elevator industry.

- Strong business development and regional management capabilities, with a proven track record of independently developing business.
- Excellent interpersonal management skills, approachability, influence, keen insight, and outstanding communication and coordination abilities.
