Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Barcelona office, working in close relation with customers and our engineering teams across different sites, to support in selecting and developing the best possible solutions - ranging from impellers to fully customized fan systems - while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and directives currently in place. Manage projects from initial concept to final fan solution Collaborate with engineering teams on product selection and design to ensure accurate and optimized solutions Provide technical support and recommendations to customers, including their engineering teams,



during customer interactions Support compliance activities, including ErP 2026 requirements Hands-on experience in HVAC, industrial airflow solutions, and Off-Highway vehicles Exposure to international projects and cross-border collaboration Insight into both technical engineering and commercial decision-making Experience with applications such as data center cooling and Off-Highway systems Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CAD or technical tools is a plus Familiarity with AI tools for analysis, documentation, or productivity is a plus Fluent in Spanish and English Portuguese is a strong advantage Interest in technical sales, mechanical systems, HVACR, Off-Highway applications, and AI
