This two-month program is designed for students who will enter their final year of university or a master’s degree after the internship, have a high level of English, and are interested in Private Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments or Insurance in a dynamic, collaborative and international environment.

As part of the Santander Future Talents: WM&I; Summer Internship Program 2027, you will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful business initiatives. Your experience will include:

Gain a basic understanding of Private Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments or Insurance through immersive training.





Participate in projects and initiatives alongside experienced professionals.

Explore the professional world through practice and teamwork.

Collaborate with teams across different geographies as part of an international business.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for success in this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

University degree: Current university or master’s student finishing studies in summer 2028 and entering the final year after the internship.

English level: High proficiency in English.

Skills: Open and collaborative approach in a multicultural environment; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Interest: Private Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Insurance and international financial services.

Availability: Available for a full-time, two-month summer internship starting in June 2027.

Location: Madrid.
