This one-year international program is designed for final-year students and recent graduates with a strong academic background, a high level of English and a keen interest in corporate and investment banking. You will work alongside global professionals, gain real-world exposure and develop the commercial, analytical and relationship-management skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

For this year's edition, the vacancies within these teams will be based in the following locations: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan or Paris.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

As part of the Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe – Client Coverage, you will help build deep, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with clients across Large Corporates, Multinational Corporations, Financial Institutions and Financial Sponsors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting senior bankers in developing a deep understanding of clients’ strategic priorities, financial needs and industry dynamics.




- Helping coordinate and deliver Santander CIB’s full range of products, services and expertise across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Markets.
- Preparing client presentations, financial analyses, market updates and internal materials to support origination and relationship-management activities.
- Collaborating with product, sector and regional teams to identify opportunities and provide integrated solutions to current and prospective clients.
- Contributing to client meetings, transaction follow-up and the ongoing monitoring of relationship performance and commercial opportunities.

The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for success in this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

- University degree: Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
- English level: High proficiency in English; any additional language is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities and solid financial modelling knowledge.
- Interest: Strong interest in corporate and investment banking,



client relationship management and working in an international environment.
- Availability: Available to join in July/September 2027, depending on the geography.
