and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery* Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines* Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readinessRequirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience) Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application 3+ successful HCM Implementations* In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations* Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information* Fluent in English.
