Role Description This is a hybrid internship role based in Alicante, with flexibility for partial work from home. As a Senior AI Engineer on the founding team, you will help design and build core AI capabilities for the LexGo AI platform, with a focus on legal research and automated document generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training models, implementing NLP pipelines, experimenting with pattern recognition and neural network architectures, and collaborating with software developers to integrate AI features into production systems.

You will work closely with product and legal domain experts to translate legal workflows into scalable technical solutions,



contribute to system performance optimization, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions that shape the direction of the platform.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean, maintainable code practices.
- Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and refining machine learning models.
- Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), preferably applied to complex text domains such as legal or technical content.
- Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (e.g., Python) and common ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Ability to work in a collaborative startup environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership of projects.
- Background in or interest in the legal domain and Spanish law is a plus; experience with production-grade AI systems and cloud platforms is highly beneficial.

- Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
