In this Senior Business Analyst role with Roche Digital Technology, you will drive digital transformation within Medical Affairs by aligning technology initiatives with enterprise strategy. You will lead ambiguous analysis, coordinate complex streams, and steer data-driven decisions that support evidence generation and communication to the medical community. You’ll collaborate with executive partners to shape strategic solutions and deploy AI-enabled prototyping to accelerate impact for patients worldwide.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of Business Analysis/Consultancy experience
- Experience in life sciences/pharma Ru0026D or Commercial is preferred
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end BA workstreams independently
- Ability to translate requirements into strategic implementation plans that meet business objectives
- Experience recommending technology xugodme solutions for sustainable transformation
- Applied systems thinking to provide holistic, enterprise-wide guidance
- Advanced knowledge of BA concepts, elicitation, and traceability
- Willingness to learn or use AI for rapid prototyping with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
