About Centura FX

Centura FX is an independent foreign exchange and international payments business supporting companies with cross-border payments, currency risk management and wider financial solutions.

As we continue to expand our presence in Spain, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our Spanish client base and develop new commercial opportunities across the market.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in FX, international payments or financial services sales who wants to play a meaningful role in building and growing our presence in Spain.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying, winning and developing new corporate clients across Spain, with a focus on foreign exchange, international payments and related financial solutions.

The role is highly commercial and suited to someone who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships with business owners and finance teams, and managing a pipeline from initial contact through to onboarding and trading.

You will have significant autonomy over your own pipeline and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

What You’ll Do

- Generate new corporate business across the Spanish market through outbound prospecting, referrals and networking
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, business owners and treasury teams
- Identify clients' foreign exchange, international payment and hedging requirements
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of corporate clients
- Build relationships with introducers, accountants, advisers and other strategic partners




- Re-engage and develop dormant and existing client relationships where relevant
- Work closely with our banking, payments and liquidity partners
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management and follow-up processes
- Contribute directly to the continued growth of Centura FX in Spain

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within corporate FX, international payments, fintech or financial services sales
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish business market
- Previous experience working with Spanish corporate clients is highly preferred
- A proven track record of generating and converting new business
- Strong telephone-based and relationship-led business development skills
- Commercially driven and comfortable working towards clear revenue targets
- An existing network or transferable client relationships in Spain would be highly advantageous
- Fluent Spanish is preferred
- English language skills would also be advantageous
- Self-motivated, ambitious and comfortable working within a growing entrepreneurial business
