In this role you will lead the development and deployment of advanced models to optimise pricing, segmentation, and forecasting. You’ll work autonomously to define questions, analyse performance, and drive revenue opportunities. You’ll translate complex analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders and mentor teammates across functions. This position combines hands-on modeling with strategic influence in a data-driven, innovation-focused environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design, develop, and implement pricing, segmentation, and forecasting models
- Scope and deliver analysis of performance metrics and answer high-impact questions
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and ML to historical data for forecasting and pricing opportunities
- Evaluate strategy effectiveness via revenue, elasticity, and segmentation analyses
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and influence decisions




- Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional partners on methodologies and visualization practices

Responsabilidades

- Relevant degree in Data Science (Masters/PhD preferable)
- 3+ years in Data Science roles
- Commercial acumen with track record of recognising business value
- Experience in Commercial departments; pricing experience desirable
- Self-starter with initiative and diligence
- Strong communication skills across multiple teams and offices
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with Databricks
- Basic cloud xugodme knowledge
- Ability to build and deploy predictive models and familiarity with ML topics (clustering, forecasting, classification, anomaly detection)
- Experience using Gen AI to assist in day-to-day tasks
- Ability to create concise slide decks and storytelling for varied audiences
