We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country transformation initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across different geographies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple large-scale IT transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Facilitate communication and coordination between multi-functional teams across various countries
- Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project objectives, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updates




- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications & Skills:

- 8-10 years of proven IT project management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation programs
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized project management methodology
- Demonstrated success managing multi-country, multi-functional IT delivery within a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in retail, travel retail, POS systems, xugodme or ERP implementations is highly preferred
- Fluency in business English, with excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within retail or travel sectors with a focus on digital transformation
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
