Join an established international interior architecture studio specialising in high-end hospitality design, working within a close-knit design team on beautifully crafted hotel projects based across Europe.

Position The studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join their team, working across luxury hospitality projects including bars, restaurants, hotels, and members’ clubs. This is a delivery-focused role, taking responsibility for leading projects through the execution stages, from design development to completion on site.

You will be responsible for developing full technical packages, ensuring all drawings and details are resolved to a high standard, and coordinating closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the build process. The role requires strong leadership, overseeing project progress, managing timelines, and supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and successful delivery. Immediate involvement in live projects is expected, so the ability to step in and take ownership quickly is key..

Candidate

- BA in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture
- Right to work in the EU and based in Madrid as you will need to work from studio
- Native or bilingual French at C2 level (essential).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within hospitality interior architecture
- Proven expertise delivering full execution-stage projects from design development through to completion
- Strong technical ability, with experience producing detailed drawing packages in AutoCAD
- Confident leading projects and coordinating with external teams and stakeholders




- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to support and guide others
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period (ideally 2 weeks or less)

Studio Based in central Madrid, this established design studio values creativity, curiosity and attention to detail. Designers are encouraged to take ownership of their work, develop professionally and build a long-term career within the practice.

The studio offers adaptable working hours, shorter Fridays, occasional remote working and a generous holiday allowance with additional company-paid days. Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus.
