As Senior Manager Supply Chain, you will define and execute the supply chain strategy for Spain, ensuring reliable product availability while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director Finance and Operations Spain, you will play a key role in shaping the local supply chain agenda. Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy, aligning local priorities with regional and global frameworks Own and drive the Sales & Operations Planning process, enabling strong cross-functional planning and decision-making Ensure compliant, efficient, and high-performing supply chain operations, including GDP and audit readiness In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, influencing senior stakeholders and representing Spain in regional governance forums.

As part of the broader EUCAN and Global Supply Chain network, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, and Customer Service, as well as external partners such as 3PLs, wholesalers, and logistics providers. This is a highly visible role with significant impact, providing the opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation,



and strengthen supply chain capabilities in a dynamic and evolving environment. We are looking for supply chain leader who thrives in a complex and fast-paced environment, and who can combine operational excellence with strong stakeholder engagement.

A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Solid experience leading supply chain operations (Sales & Operations Planning, logistics, distribution) in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of GDP, audits, product availability, inventory management, and external partner management Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience working across regional or global environments.

Fluent

English both written and verbal is required. Fluency in Spanish is an advantage.
