Title: Process & Continuous Improvement Engineer

Location: Murcia, Spain (On-site)

Company Overview A leading, highly innovative manufacturer specialising in flexible packaging solutions for the food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods sectors. To support their rapid growth and commitment to efficiency, we are looking for a data-driven Process Engineer to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Drive plant efficiency by monitoring, measuring, and improving key performance indicators including OEE, production capacity, and cost-per-hour metrics.
- Implement and champion continuous improvement frameworks, specifically deploying SMED, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and root-cause analysis to eliminate waste and reduce setup times.
- Map workflows, design standard operating procedures (SOPs),



and bridge the gap between engineering theory and shop-floor execution.
- Utilize process statistics and analytical methodology to identify manufacturing bottlenecks and execute documented cost-saving projects.

Qualifications:

- Ideally holds a University Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar).
- Proven track record working within the adaptable packaging, flexography, extrusion, or lamination sectors.
- Demonstrated, practical experience leading continuous improvement or Lean Six Sigma projects with strong analytical capabilities.
- Already based in or fully committed to relocating to the Molina de Segura / Murcia region .
