In this role you drive the monetization and lifecycle strategy for Asphalt Legends, balancing growth with high-quality player experience. You will align with game leadership to set long-term roadmaps and own live-ops and monetization initiatives. You’ll lead data-driven experimentation, forecast KPIs, and mentor the product team to raise engagement and retention. This position offers impact at scale within a globally loved racing game and a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Define the product roadmap with Game Leadership to meet aggressive commercial targets
- Lead a high-performance live-ops strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency
- Own end-to-end monetization systems, from concept through post-launch optimization
- Oversee hypothesis-driven data work, including A/B testing and KPI forecasting




- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence within the product team
- Act as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years of Product Management experience in F2P games (Mobile/PC/Console)
- Track record of improving monetization and retention for live titles
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency with advanced analytics tools
- Excellent xugodme presentation and documentation skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field; MBA valued
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
