Manychat is evolving into an Instagram-first social CRM, and this role will be key to defining how users deepen their engagement across our three core product pillars: This means creating scalable experiences that adapt to different customer segments and growth stages, driving retention and long-term product love. Own and prioritize the Billing roadmap — pricing mechanics, packaging, subscription lifecycle, and refunds end-to-end.

Shape and implement pricing and packaging strategy: plan usage based tiers, overage rules, and how they evolve as the products do. Envision and own the checkout experience and the post-purchase billing UI (billing settings, invoices, plan management) as first-class product surfaces. Partner with Finance, Legal, Customer Support, Go to Market,



Marketing to streamline deployments and understand pain points. 5+ years of Product Management experience hands-on in billing, subscriptions, pricing/packaging, tax. ~ Experience with tax engines or compliance tooling (e.g.
