In this role, you drive live-ops and progression systems for Paper.io2, shaping engagement and revenue for a global audience. You work within a cross-functional Live Studio to design and launch features that scale, iterating with data and market insights. You lead specs, timelines, and trade-offs to deliver high-impact experiences.

You operate at pace, staying ahead of trends and collaborating with developers, artists, and analysts to maximize player value and retention. This is an opportunity to influence a top hybrid-casual title within a world-class publisher.

Responsabilidades

- Experience as PM, PO, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager
- Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics
- Ability to write clear specifications xugodme and align teams
- High standards and willingness to push the product forward
- Experience on a successful live game
- Experience with competitive systems (leagues, seasons, battle passes, etc)
- Experience on casual, hybrid-casual, io, or mass-market games
- Good understanding of IAP monetization (not only ads)
