About the company

Dils is a leading international real estate group with offices in Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and France, driving the transformation of the sector through innovation and digitalisation.

With a team of more than 700 professionals and offices in Milan (HQ), Amsterdam, Lisbon, Barcelona, Paris and several other cities across Europe, Dils is a reference point for national and multinational companies, investors, financial operators, and private individuals in the search for and development of real estate opportunities across the Office, Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, Living and Residential sectors.

The group leverages an in-house Transformation Team specialised in Technology, IT, Marketing & Digital, Graphic Design, 3D Visuals and Research, with the aim of accelerating innovation and supporting business growth.

With over 50 years of history in the Italian market through Redilco and Sigest, the company rebranded as Dils in 2021. Following its expansion into the Netherlands with Van Gool Elburg in 2023, Portugal with Castelhana in 2024, Spain with Lucas Fox in 2025, and France with EOL in 2026, Dils is pursuing further growth across Europe, with Germany, Poland and the UK identified as key target markets.

Dils also expresses its commitment to innovation through a long-term social responsibility strategy, based on a multi-year give-back programme aimed at supporting and enhancing local communities.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to strengthen our Research function and support business lines. You will support the Research function by transforming core commercial real estate data into meaningful insights, contributing to the creation and delivery of high-impact research and market intelligence.

Your profile

Data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, proven experience translating complex macroeconomic and real estate data into clear,

actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.

You are curious, structured, and commercially minded; able to connect data with real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, validate and consolidate market data (statistics, investment activity, market trends) across asset classes, coordinating with local teams and stakeholders
- Maintain and continuously improve internal databases and data structures, ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity per internal quality standards
- Lead and support data-driven research projects, ensuring timely and reliable delivery
- Produce market reports, presentations and research materials, including analysis of current real estate trends, macroeconomic context and sector dynamics
- Respond to internal stakeholder and business line requests, providing data, insights, presentations and guidance on data sources
- Support client-facing deliverables, including pitch materials and tailored research
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Capital Markets, Digital and other teams to ensure alignment between research outputs and business needs

Requirements

- 4-6 years of experience in Research, Economics, Consulting or Data Analysis, ideally within real estate or financial services
- Strong understanding of macroeconomics and real estate market dynamics
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and derive meaningful insights, not just numbers
- Experience with Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI, Tableau or similar tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Hands-on use of AI to do better research, not just faster research: large language models, prompting, and workflow design applied to new analytical products
- Comfortable navigating public data sources (INE, Bank of Spain, Eurostat) and real estate data platforms to support market research and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Data Analytics or similar

What we offer

- Exposure to high-impact projects across multiple real estate sectors
- Direct interaction with senior stakeholders
- Hybrid working model (2 days remote / 3 days office-based)
- Competitive salary + performance bonus.
- Employee Meal Ordering Benefit.
- Enjoy fresh fruit and coffee in the office
- Weekly language classes, during working hours (all paid by Lucas Fox).
- Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more.
- Extensive initial & ongoing training.
- Being part of a constantly growing company & multicultural team, with endless opportunities for career development.
- A modern, international & professional working environment.
