Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape Prime Video’s content strategy across Europe, bridging content planning, business development, and operational execution. You will collaborate with regional teams to secure premier titles and optimize portfolio investment with data-driven decisions. The position combines creative vision with commercial rigor to drive customer value and growth in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment. You’ll work closely with leadership to scale regional initiatives and implement efficient processes, making Prime Video the preferred partner for licensors.

• Adapt the general content acquisition playbook to regional clusters considering local market specifics
• Codify and scale best practices across Prime Video internationally
• Partner with Finance and Business Strategy to support content portfolio investments and maximize ROI
• Create mechanisms and processes to increase operational efficiencies and cross-regional collaboration
• Produce data-backed analyses to inform content investments, deal structures, and leadership priorities
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing
• Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
• Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in fast-paced or ambiguous environments, or finance roles with financial reporting ownership
• Experience using complex financial models, KPIs, and data analysis with proven business impact
