Experteer Overview
In this role, you guide the end-to-end delivery of clinical studies, coordinating local and regional trial execution and vendor management. You will align feasibility and risk reviews with country teams to keep studies on track and compliant. You’ll contribute to program-level strategies and mentor colleagues, shaping study delivery across multiple countries. This position offers impact at scale within a mission-driven company focused on innovative medicines and patient care.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Create and maintain critical trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, Informed Consent Form, IMP documentation)
• Oversee vendor setup, day-to-day vendor activities, SOWs, and budget oversight
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities, aligning feasibility with local teams and conducting risk reviews
• Support development of program-level compound training with Clinical/CTLu0026D/Medical Writing
• Contribute to trial-level operational strategies and issue/risk resolution
• Lead process improvements at trial, compound, and cross-DU levels as needed




• Support Health Authority inspections and help identify risks with mitigation plans at program level
• Mentor and onboard new team members in Trial Management

Responsabilidades
• BS degree or equivalent; Life Sciences background preferred
• Minimum 4 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical or related industries
• Experience across multiple clinical trial phases (Phase I–IV) and ability to manage multiple execution aspects
• 2–3 years supporting multiple aspects of a global clinical trial
• Strong leadership, ability to work without direct authority in a matrixed, integral environment
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, and financial management skills
• Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others
• Strong project planning, communication, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 15–20%
