As Product Owner in Mainloop Barcelona, you own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-native automation that helps professional services across multiple countries. You lead business relationships, define what exists, when to build, and how it achieves measurable adoption. You translate needs into precise specs and acceptance criteria, ensuring ships are used and valuable. You work closely with a developer to deliver real impact and drive product value over time.

• Own the relationship with business stakeholders and sit with end users to understand needs
• Define what should exist, in what order, and when to say no, with justification
• Write precise specifications and acceptance criteria that guide development
• Accept and verify that shipped features meet defined criteria and are demonstrably done
• Measure product adoption and outcomes (time saved, error rate, uptake) and report honestly
• Manage a portfolio of products with consistent scaffolding and governance




• Collaborate with one developer and ensure pair programming alignment on each product
• Learn and master the AI-native development approach and contribute to internal processes
• Prepare and maintain the handover packs and product documentation

Responsabilidades
• End-to-end product ownership experience
• Ability to read and judge AI-generated outputs from agents
• Strong writing skills for specs, acceptance criteria, and 'no' arguments
• Comfortable in engineering discussions; not required to code
• Fluent English; Spanish advantageous
• Relocation to Barcelona with willingness to travel to customer sites
• Proven track record of delivering usable software with measurable impact
