Change Manager – P2P / CoupaPor favor, lea detenidamente la siguiente descripción del puesto para asegurarse de que encaja con el perfil antes de enviar su solicitud.About the roleWe are looking for aChange Managerto support a globalProcure-to-Pay transformation programmewithin an international environment.In this role, you will play a key part in the rollout ofCoupa P2P across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina , managing the change management strategy, communications, training, business readiness and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.You will work closely with global and local stakeholders acrossProcurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management and business teams , ensuring that the organisation is prepared for the transformation and that change is successfully adopted.This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong organisational skills and the ability to proactively identify risks, resistance and actions across different locations.If you have experience leadingchange management initiatives within P2P or procurement transformation programmes , enjoy working in general environments and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and countries, this could be a great fit.What you’ll doSupport and maintain the overallChange Management Strategyfor the P2P transformation programmeDevelop and manage detailedChange, Communication and Training PlansCoordinate change activities acrossColombia, Mexico and ArgentinaWork closely with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement and business readinessCoordinate the preparation and adaptation oftraining materials and training dataCreate and coordinate communications to be distributed through local business teamsConductBusiness Readiness Assessmentsand track readiness activities ahead of deploymentIdentify resistance to change at an early stage and define actions to mitigate risks and adoption barriersManage change-related issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycleSupportGo-Live and Hypercareactivities from a change management perspectiveMaintain action trackers, project deliverables and reporting to ensure activities remain on scheduleCoordinate activities and deliverables across several countries and stakeholder groupsPrepare clear documentation, reporting and status updates for project and senior stakeholdersFoster strong collaboration between global teams, local business teams and project stakeholdersContribute to future rollout waves, including activities related tolocal requirements, translations and employee consultation processesMust HaveProven experience inChange Management , ideally within transformation or implementation programmesExperience supporting or leadingProcure-to-Pay (P2P)implementations or transformationsStrong understanding of P2P processes, particularly acrossProcurement, Invoicing and Supplier ManagementExperience working withinglobal organisationsand managing change across multiple countries or business unitsStrongproject management and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple deliverables, timelines and weekly action trackers simultaneouslyHands-on experience identifyingresistance to changeand developing effective mitigation actionsExperience working within project teams and implementing structured change programmesExcellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with bothsenior management and local business teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication and training materials to different audiencesStrong documentation and reporting capabilitiesHigh level of autonomy, ownership and proactive problem-solvingFluentEnglish and SpanishNice to HavePrevious experience withCoupaExperience working withSAP or PeopleSoftFamiliarity withAgile methodologiesExperience with international P2P,
