As Spain& Italy Marketplace Leader, you will be accountable for the both countries marketplace business, owning P&L; performance and delivering against clear input and output metrics across selection, pricing, availability, and seller quality. This role requires a leader who combines strong business judgment with operational rigor, and who can continuously raise the performance bar. Own Spain& Italy marketplace P&L;, delivering on revenue, margin, and free cash flow targets

- Define and execute country strategy, grounded in data, with clear prioritisation across categories and growth levers
- Lead a multi-functional team, setting high standards for hiring, performance management, and talent development
- Inspect and improve mechanisms, establishing weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to drive accountability;

Experience as a senior leader within e-commerce or marketplace with a country/regional scope

- Comfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations
- Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
