Beginning

September 2026, we are seeking to recruit an outstanding Primary Language Teacher (Spanish and Catalan) to join our team at the BSB Castelldefels Campus. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic practitioner who will work collaboratively across the Primary phase and demonstrate a strong understanding of effective language acquisition in both Spanish and Catalan and can deliver the LOMLOE curriculum. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, structured, and progressive language lessons that promote confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Candidates must hold a Primary Education teaching qualification and possess a Catalan Language Certificate at Level C. Deliver high-quality Spanish and Catalan lessons across the Primary phase, modelling outstanding practice in an innovative and inspirational way. Have high expectations of all pupils and track progress using formative assessment strategies, informed by relevant data and observations across a range of speaking, listening, reading and writing opportunities.

Contribute to the development and delivery of a coherent, progressive and engaging Spanish and Catalan curriculum across the primary years. Actively engage with the school’s performance management programme.
