Study Coordinator – Spain

Join a dynamic team supporting cutting-edge clinical research projects at Madrid’s renowned Hospital Universitario de La Princesa. As a Study Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials, providing essential administrative and technical support to our project team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful healthcare advancements.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining study documentation, coordinating trial activities, assisting with regulatory and site file reviews, supporting system functionalities such as eTMF and GoBalto, and facilitating communication between all project stakeholders. Your contributions will directly support audit readiness and help uphold the highest standards of clinical trial quality and compliance.

Required Skills

- Proven organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong analytical skills to review project data and documentation
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with clinical trial systems and databases
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Nice To Have Skills

- Knowledge of local Spanish regulatory requirements
- Experience with clinical trial systems like eTMF or GoBalto
- Translation or language skills in Spanish
- Prior exposure to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines

Preferred Education And Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0 to 1 year of experience in clinical research, admin, or related fields




- Previous experience in trial coordination or regulatory document management is a plus
