Experteer Overview In this role, you redesign, test, and implement payment structures to boost rider engagement across Glovo’s general logistics network. You combine data analysis, modeling, and experimentation to drive scalable, fair compensation mechanisms. You will influence key KPIs that affect operational costs and investment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address regional rider needs. The opportunity centers on shaping payment design and using data to optimize logistics performance at scale.
