LHH is partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical company to appoint a TA Access Strategy Head. This is a unique opportunity to influence access strategy for a portfolio of innovative medicines, driving decisions that directly impact patient access, reimbursement outcomes, and long-term business success.

Based in Barcelona or Madrid, this strategic leadership role will lead the development and execution of market access and pricing strategies across the product lifecycle, from pipeline and launch planning through to lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead integrated market access and pricing strategies across pipeline, launch, and in-market assets.
- Shape value propositions, reimbursement, pricing, and access plans for innovative therapies.
- Provide strategic access input into pipeline decisions, early access planning, and indication sequencing.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Medical, HEOR, Regulatory, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Engage with payers, HTA bodies, health authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams within a complex matrix environment.





Candidate Profile

- Degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Extensive experience in Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, or related areas within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in developing access and pricing strategies for innovative medicines.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing large teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience interacting with payers, HTA bodies, and healthcare authorities.
- Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
